Human Resources Coordinator
Full-Time | 8am - 4pm
Starting Rate: $22-$24hr depending on experience

We are currently seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator.
JOB SUMMARY
This role will provide front line support for candidates, current employees and management. The Coordinator will assist with a variety of Human Resources and administrative responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the talent acquisition function including coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes/applications, performing phone and/or video screening and scheduling in person interviews for department leadership
- Assists with employee onboarding/transfers/offboarding through the Paycom system and other internal processes
- Assists with coordinating New Hire Orientations
- Assists with issuing uniforms, name tags and other necessary items
- Assists in ensuring employee certification and training compliance: Nevada Gaming, Alcohol Awareness, Title 31, etc.
- Assists employees with utilizing the Paycom application including password resets, time management, information updates, benefits enrollment, time off requests, etc.
- Follows-up with new employees through their 90-day training period
- Performs clerical functions; filing, answering phones, employment verification, employee record maintenance/audits, reports, etc.
- Maintains working knowledge to effectively answer HR questions and communicate company policies and procedures while helping to enforce company standards
- Assists with employee investigations as needed and ensures consistent application of policy
- Helps drive company culture through engaging activities
- Maintains high level of confidentiality and compliance with all privacy standards
- Assists with coordinating events such as benefits open enrollment, wellness programs, holiday parties, costume contests, etc.
- Assist with HR functions at multiple properties as needed
- Other job related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school education or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- HR Essentials coursework a plus
- Working knowledge of employment regulations
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent people skills and ability to courteously and efficiently interact with candidates, employees, management and guests to ensure a positive experience
- Must be outgoing, friendly, and able to engage others
- Must consistently demonstrate positive, interpersonal relations and work harmoniously with others
- Able to multi-task, display excellent time management and prioritize effectively when working independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in performing clerical work with a strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and listen attentively
- Ability to bend, stand, walk, exert well-paced mobility, reach and lift/move up to 15 pounds
CERTIFICATIONS
- NV Gaming Control Board Registration
- Drivers License to commute between casinos as needed
